Retreat Inclusion
Your retreat spot includes five nights of accommodation at Cal Reiet in either a shared double or private single room. Each day, you will enjoy nourishing breakfasts and dinners prepared with locally sourced, plant-based ingredients. All core retreat rituals, sunrise and sunset practices, featured experiences, and creative community sessions are part of your experience, as well as daily reflection materials such as poems, prompts, playlists, and choice cards.

What’s Not Included
Flights to Palma de Mallorca (PMI) and airport transfers to Cal Reiet are not included in the retreat cost. Daily lunches are available à la carte on site, and bike rentals are also not included. Any optional spa treatments or wellness services offered at Cal Reiet can be booked separately.

Deposit & Payment
To secure your place at Bare Feet to Earth, a deposit is required upon registration. This deposit secures your spot and is non-refundable in the event you need to cancel, though your spot may be transferred to someone else, with the remaining balance to be paid in installments until March 2027.

Cancellations & Refunds
Because this is an intimate retreat, every space is reserved and planned for in advance, and our commitments to the venue are made on your behalf. For this reason, all payments for Bare Feet to Earth Retreat, including the deposit and any installments, are final and non-refundable. No refunds, credits, or discounts will be given for cancellation, late arrival, early departure, illness, flight cancellations, travel delays, or any other change in your personal plans. While payments are non-refundable, you may coordinate the transfer of your reservation to another participant should you be unable to attend. Please note that the Bare Feet to Earth retreat team is not responsible for finding or arranging a replacement on your behalf.

Events Beyond Our Control
To the extent permitted by law, Deborah Quibell and Alicorn Institute International SRL are not liable for any cancellation, delay, loss, or change arising from circumstances beyond our reasonable control. This includes, but is not limited to, airline cancellations or delays, travel disruptions, illness, pandemics or public health measures, natural disasters, extreme weather, strikes, civil unrest, acts of terrorism, war, or government restrictions or regulations ("Force Majeure").

Travel Insurance
We strongly recommend purchasing comprehensive travel insurance that covers unforeseen circumstances, including travel delays, flight cancellations, illness, or changes to travel plans.

Voluntary Participation
Participation in all retreat rituals, practices, and experiences is voluntary. You are always free to rest, modify, pause, or step out of any practice at any time. You are invited to listen to your body and choose what feels most supportive for you.

Physical Health & Personal Responsibility
Bare Feet to Earth may include breathwork, meditation, yoga, Yoga Nidra, gentle movement, and time outdoors, with optional activities such as biking, hiking, and swimming. Some practices take place in natural conditions, including sun, heat, wind, and uneven ground. By registering, you confirm that you are physically able to take part and that you are responsible for knowing and honoring your own physical abilities and limits.

If you are pregnant, or have any injury, recent surgery, or medical condition (including cardiovascular, respiratory, or neurological conditions such as epilepsy or high blood pressure), please consult your doctor before attending. Please also share this information before arrival so we can offer appropriate modifications. Deborah Quibell does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment, and you remain responsible for your own health decisions throughout the retreat.

Mental & Emotional Wellbeing
This is a group experience, and practices such as breathwork, meditation, and reflection can sometimes bring up strong emotions or memories. These experiences are part of the retreat's invitation, and we hold them with care. However, Deborah Quibell and Bare Feet to Earth Retreat are not a substitute for therapy, counseling, or psychological or psychiatric care.

If you have a significant mental health history, including trauma, PTSD, dissociation, psychosis, bipolar disorder, severe anxiety or depression, or are currently in treatment or have recently changed medication, please speak with Deborah before registering. This helps to understand whether the retreat is a supportive fit for you at this time and how best to care for you and the group. We may also suggest you consult your mental health provider before registering.

Shared Space & Community
Bare Feet to Earth is built on mutual respect and presence for one another. We ask all participants to honor the privacy of what is shared in circle and to respect fellow participants, the host, and the Cal Reiet staff and grounds. Deborah Quibell reserves the right to ask a participant to leave the retreat if their behavior is disruptive or compromises the safety or well-being of the group. In that case, no refund will be given.

Assumption of Risk & Release of Liability
While your safety and wellbeing are held as a priority, participation in any physical, outdoor, or travel-related activity involves some inherent risk. By registering, you voluntarily accept these risks. To the fullest extent permitted by law, you release and hold harmless Deborah Quibell, Alicorn Institute International SRL, and their contractors and partners, including Cal Reiet, from any claims, liabilities, or damages arising from your participation in the retreat or your use of the venue and its facilities, including those related to injury, illness, or loss. This remains in effect after the retreat ends.

Emergency Care
In the event of an emergency, any costs related to medical care are your responsibility. We ask all participants to provide an emergency contact prior to arrival at the retreat.

Personal Belongings
You are responsible for your personal belongings throughout the retreat. The retreat team and Cal Reiet are not responsible for any loss, theft, or damage.

Changes to the Program
The retreat schedule and experiences may be adjusted for weather, safety, or logistical reasons.

Photography & Media Consent
Photos and videos may be taken during the retreat for marketing and community purposes. By registering, you consent to appearing in these images. If you prefer not to be photographed or filmed, simply let the retreat team know before or on arrival, and we will fully respect your wishes.

Privacy
We collect personal information such as your name, contact details, emergency contact, and any health or dietary information you share. We use it only to manage your registration, prepare for and during the retreat, and send you important updates. Your information is kept confidential, never sold, and shared only with the retreat venue, Cal Reiet. You may contact us at any time at hello@deborahquibell.com to access, update, or delete your information, or to opt out of communications.

Agreement
By completing your registration, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to these Retreat Terms in full.
